we are currently looking for:

HR Manager
(location: Warsaw)



  • Reviewing, updating and conducting the performance appraisal process to ensure its full effectiveness and understanding in business
  • Reviewing and building bonus processes in the company to ensure efficiency, transparency, employee involvement and their motivation to work
  • Building and conducting development & coaching programs for employees
  • Being a partner and support for managerial staff (for example in resolving complex employee relations and work issues etc.)
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Building employee engagement, conducting employee opinion research, analyzing results and introducing changes
  • Suggesting and building new HR strategies, procedures, processes, tools and initiatives


  • More than 8 years of experience in soft HR role in an international company in fields of Performance Management, Learning and development, compensation and benefits
  • Implementation of min. 3 different processes related to performance review and / or bonus systems
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management
  • Knowledge of various soft HR processes, systems and tools and the ability to adapt them to the current needs of the organization (especially in the field of bonus systems and performance review)
  • Proactive, responsible, dynamic attitude and hands-on approach
  • University-level degree specializing in HR or the field of psychology, sociology or related
  • Coaching experience is more than welcome as well as thinking outside of the box, self-motivation and drive to build HR initiatives in global company to ensure capital growth and efficiency
  • Previous experience in game development / software companies will be an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
